At JM Heating & Cooling we believe in fair pricing and honest opinions. That’s why we’re the oldest and largest locally owned company in Omaha. We don’t pay our technicians commission so you get trustworthy service. We don’t mark up our prices for new equipment or play games like other companies. You get a fair price whether you have no heat/cooling, or if you’re looking for the best deal.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge a diagnostic fee or trip fee for service call and come to your home with the intent to repair. We charge $95/hr plus parts for residential customers and $110/hr plus parts for commercial. The majority of repairs are minor and only result in an hour labor charge plus a minimal part charge.

Other companies pay their techs commission so they get paid more if they sell you, or scare you into buying parts you may or may not need.
